Welcome to the first newsletter of 2010 from To Tuscany. 

We hope that you have all enjoyed a happy Holiday Season and are ready for the new year.

The winter weather and dark nights of January means that now is the ideal time to cheer yourselves up by organising and booking your holiday for the summer!  The airlines are all offering special rates and the currency markets around the world also means that everyone is currently getting a lot more for their Euro than last year.

We have listened to your comments!  
You may remember that on our questionnaires we ask you how we can improve our website features.  Well we have been looking at your suggestions and some of you may have already noticed that we have made some changes - for the better we feel!  Here are some of the new improvements to our website:

1. How many times have you seen what could be the ideal villa but have then lost the page or the name and you cannot remember what it was called?  Well now you can put them all into a personal 'Wish List'.  You can keep all your favourite properties together in one place and you know you can find them later on.  There is even the option to email your 'wish list' to us so we can help you with your choice.  Look out for the 'wish list' link on the left hand column when you are browsing our properties.

2. Sometimes you know where you want to go but you dont know which villa is nearby; now you can use the 'Map Search' facility to help you narrow down your villa choices.

3. Did you know that we have 13 different categories of accommodation types to help you find the perfect property?  Examples include 'romantic cottages for two' and 'villas with air-conditioning'.  You will find all of the 13 'accommodation types' under the Tuscany Villa Search link which is the left hand column of the home page.

4. Live Chat is here - you are able save phone costs and time by using our 'chat' facility which links you to one of us from your computer for an instant response (when somebody is online). 

 
We have made other changes to our booking forms and emails so that your booking process is quicker and easier to understand.  We are still listening to you and always welcome comments that can help us to improve our service.
