We had such a great time this year that we felt we had to book again for next year.  We have found somewhere that the whole family enjoys (not always easy with two teenage girls) and we feel we still have many places to explore, so it made sense to book again early to ensure we got Vin Santo.
Thank you also for the great service from To-Tuscany.  We are never sure whether EasyJet will deliver, the car hire can be problematic, but as soon as we were heading out of Pisa I knew I could relax knowing that there would be no problems with our accommodation.  I actually teach business studies and you have given me many examples of excellent customer service to use in lessons from the user-friendly website to the thoughtful little gifts you've sent us.  The guidebook was very well used, as I suspect the Tasting Tuscany book will be too.

What did you like about our service?
I went on holiday with my family and we range from 60 years to 2 years so finding a villa to suit all our needs was proving to be quite tricky. When I found your website I just felt a sense of relief as it was geting to be quite stressful finding the right villa for everyone. Every time I e-mailed Lisa and Dympna at To Tuscan I had a responce within a couple of hours which was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for them. They suggested accomodation and found which ones were available so allw e had to do was read all the descriptions and chose one.
What did you dislike about our service?
Nothing the service was exceptional. Although for peace of mind I would have prefered to book with an ABTA bonded company which I know you are trying to get. Overall though you were definitly the best compnay to book through and not being a member of ABTA didn't deter me from booking with you.
Please offer some suggestions to improve our website
To be honest it was the most comprehensive website I came across. I'm not particularly computer friendly but I had no problems with it at all. The best part was being able to go into my own booking and printing off all the extra info about our villa and seeing the costings etc.

Timely information received with good tips on travelling/packing. Clear and concise directions to the loggia were also provided. The printable Tuscany guidebook feature was an excellent feature which would have been an excellent resource had we remembered to take it way with us!

I have to say that your website is so easy to use, very user friendly and a great selling point. The live-time availability check is a first rate system, while the amount of photographs and floor plans make choosing the accomodation much more reassuring. And the speed in which you have replied to all my queries is another bonus. I shall have you in my bookmarks for next year's holiday !

Service likes: - Information - the detailed property information (including location) and photos on the website and the info sent to us once we'd booked.
- Availability and efficiency of staff - there was always someone available to respond to us quickly, and administration was carried out speedily and accurately.
Service dislikes: Nothing.

Service likes: It was simple to use and very informative for the area we were staying. Great tips on where to go and how to get there. We couldn't have coped without the area bible that was left in the villa for us!
Service dislikes: It would have been nice to have met some of the other people staying at Pretaccione with something organised. Drinks perhaps? The only event offered was the vineyard tour and that was on our last night. A little late by then!

We have just booked a villa with a private pool off your website to-tuscany and I would like to voice my appreciation of your website. I thought the information is very well laid out, very well thought out. It's the most user friendly site I have seen and has all that a first time traveller to Italy will want to book the right accomodation.
I don't know how you manage it, but the prices of the villas on your site are reasonable as well and not unduly inflated.

The web site was the most easily navigable I have found - easy to select accommodation from sub-group, eg villa with shared pool, to check cost and availability and to go directly back to the sub-group to try others - fast and efficient which is rare in this type of web site. When we booked we had a particular query which was answered immediately. Prior to leaving the contact email from you with reminders and the option of ordering the starter pack was great. It was like dealing with an old fashioned travel agent who knew what we wanted, where we were going and what we would need to know when we got there.

I think the service "To Tuscany" provides is first rate!  I would like to say a huge thank you to Pam for all her help during the initial booking process and both Michela and Sean were very helpful (and Patient!!) answering our numerous questions!  When you are organising a holiday for a large group of friends you need eveything to run smoothly and booking through To Tuscany meant that I had nothing to worry about at all - SUPERB!!

My husband would only consider booking a holiday through yourselves because
of your informative website which was easy to navigate and plenty of
pictures rather than trying to chose a villa from one picture like most
other websites.  Also, with the website was a very personal service from
yourselves. Also, the directions and the printouts of the things to do in

We very much appreciated the personal touch, and a feeling that you cared about the job you were doing.  We had some specific requirements around dates/duration/location etc. which Sean tried hard to match.  You were quick to respond to our e-mails, and Sean was helpful on the telephone, when I felt the need to call to check some details out.
The 'pre-arrival' documents you sent us came as a surprise, but we found them very useful.  We have travelled to Italy/Tuscany on previous occasions, but the detail you sent was certainly worth taking away with us.  The confirmation and map was received quickly from Pam; again, a feeling of personal service.
This was the first time we had booked an entire holiday (accommodation/car/flights) over the Internet.  We have frequently bought books/CD's etc., but this was new to us, but your complete approach gave us a lot of confidence.
The web site is excellent.

The service we got from To Tuscany was excellent.  It was the first time I had
booked a holiday via the internet and it was all very easy.  The staff I have
spoken to have been very friendly and willing to help.  You provided us with a
great deal of information on Tuscany which was very useful.    Thank you very
much for the section on parking in Florence, we followed this and didn't have
any problems at all, much to everyone else's amazement, as parking in Florence
is notoriously difficult.  The guide was also packed with lots of useful
information on local places of interest  making it very easy to decide where we
wanted to go.
The whole holiday experience was excellent from our first dealings with To
Tuscany and right throughout the holiday itself.  There are no negative things
that I can think of and will certainly remember this as one of out best
holidays.
Thank you very much for all your help - I will certainly be recommending you to
friends and wouldn't hesitate to use you again for our next trip to Tuscany.

Very helpful information is supplied and further information was obtained just by asking. The directions given to locate the villa were "spot on", we found the site with no problems first time. We also went to Siena and Firenze and the directions given for finding parking were also "spot on" - we were able to park and see the sights!

Your website is excellent - we first visited Montebuoni 2 years ago and the reason I booked it in the first place was because I could do everything online without having to make a phone call or wait for a response to an email.
I have always got a quick response from Pam in the UK. She is most efficient and attended to all my requests promptly and pleasantly.
At Montebuoni, Katia is also very helpful and quick to act e.g.: I asked if the grass in our garden could be cut as it was full of wasps which were a worry with small children and this was done the same day.

An excellent range of information was given about both the property and the surrounding area before we went on holiday, such as local recommended shops. The web site is excellent, allowing customers to instantly check the availability of a property;prices and other important information is also clear, such as whether towels are included. The photographs on the web site were an accurate portrayal of the accommodation, unlike a lot of web sites,
when the villa is often disappointing in reality when compared to photographs.
It was also nice to have a folder on arrival which contained huge amounts of information about the area, including recommended restaurants which we found to be a very good guide. Particularly helpful were directions from the airport to the property.  This proved invaluable, especially as the villa itself was off a dirt road which we otherwise may have had trouble finding.Small additions like this make such a difference and meant that we came back from holiday with an excellent impression of to-tuscany.com and, consequently, would definitely
book again via this web site.

Thank you so much for your email listing all the villas and descriptions. Villa Mina in particular looks gorgeous, but it is a little out of our price range for 6 couples. My friend in the UK has been talking to Sean and he has also been really helpful. I think at this stage we are going for La Piaggia, although we have still to contact the other couple. However,
Sharon has put an option on that villa for our dates, so we’ll see how we go.
We’re very impressed with how helpful everyone has been from your office, so we’d just like to thank you again. Wow. What a wonderful holiday we've had in Tuscany. We are just back from there, after staying at one of your villas, Angolino. Your website, pre arrival documents, level of detail etc are commendable and oustanding. The villa was just as described, with a lovely owner, who took great personal interest in our wellbeing. She even spoke a bit of English!! Just one input - the villa has a microwave indeed, as you had informed us (much to our disappointment) that it did not. You may wish to amend that on your site.
